Challah Bread French Toast
1 loaf Challah Bread
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk (I use unsweetened...but you can use whatever you have/like!)
3 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Coconut sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Slice a loaf of Challah Bread into equal slices, about 1 to 1.25 inches, depending on the size of your loaf. At about 1.25 inch slices, I was able to make 8 pieces of toast.
Let the bread soak in the french toast batter, about 30 seconds each side. Place the toast in your pan or on your skillet and let cook on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes each side. I like to give the wet side up a little extra sprinkle of cinnamon while the bottom side cooks. Every stove top is not created equal, so if you feel your toast needs a little more time...give it a bit more time.
