Crab Packed Rangoons
Makes about 16 Rangoons
1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese (mixes the best)
1/2 cup Crab Meat (imitation crab meat works too!), chopped
1 Green Onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
16 Won Ton Wraps
1 cup warm water to be used as needed
To make the rangoon filling, mix cream cheese, crab, green onion and black pepper together in a bowl. Combine thoroughly. Place warm water in a cup and lay out won ton wraps. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of rangoon filling and place in the center of the won ton. Using your finger, take some of the warm water and line all 4 edges of the won ton wrap. Fold the won ton wrap over the filling into a triangle. Pinch edges to make sure they stick together. You can set these aside or fold the two opposite ends together to make a fancy wrap rangoon.
Place crab rangoons on a plate, allowing them to cool for a minute or two. These goons are best served warm with a sweet red chili sauce!
