1 Avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or wasabi
1/2 Sheet Nori
Water as needed to thin
Place all ingredients into blender, crinkle the nori and spread it around. Blend until all ingredients combined and smooth. Add water as needed to thin dressing to your liking.
Toss in you favorite salad (goes amazing in the Sushi Salad!). Can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge up to a week.
