Today felt the hardest. Not because of the food thing. I wasn't hungry at all. Like I mentioned way back when in the first post about the cleanse, its so easy come the end that you could just keep on cleansing. Today was hard because it was Saturday. My husband went off to Boston to watch the game with friends, drink beers, have fun and my girlfriends were all together doing fun girl stuff...drinking adult beverages and eating good food. I like to have fun, thats what weekends are made for and I love the weekends! I had to miss out on the fun today because I've come too far and worked too hard to put myself in such a vulnerable position.
I put it all in the back on my mind, and made my fellow cleanser and sister hang out with me. It was awesome. We drank water and painted in the kitchen. Instead of a Saturday night out filling up with toxins, I had a Saturday night in, detoxing, having quality sister time, getting creative and letting my soul shine. Tomorrow is the last day. We can't believe it over here....but we sure are happy we made it (and that its over!).
