Working out with someone is the best kind of motivation. A work out buddy or even group keeps you going to the gym or keeps you running on that road or showing up to sports. When that time of day comes, one part of that group is going to show up ready to go and the couple or group follows suit. No excuses, no turning back, no letting down your buddy or your own body. Everyone wins, every stays healthy and fit.
A work out bond is a tight bond. Sharing an activity that makes you feel good inside and out, being somebody's motivations and support system and spending some serious quality time together is a beautiful way to further strengthen any relationship in a positive and constructive way. I truly believe that a couple that works out together stays together. I mean, why wouldn't spending extra time together, getting those endorphins flowing have a lasting effect on two people?!
With this exercise momentum going strong, I'm looking forward to spring and summer time where we can take the fitness outdoors and into hiking the mountains, walking and running our new neighborhood and rollerblading and biking the paths.
